Unique & Collector Nature: The items we carry are sometimes rare, collectible, and often one-of-a-kind. They do not require sizing, and they do not expire or spoil easily if contained in their original packaging. This also helps to maintain a huge inventory and to prevent fraud, which is huge these days.
Accurate Descriptions: We are dedicated to transparency. Every item features photographs and details so you know exactly what is joining your collection before you buy. Also being the information age...
Energetic Integrity: To ensure all metaphysical items arrive to you with clear, untouched energy, we do not accept items back into our inventory once they have left The Dark Wizards. If you reject or return the item we throw it in the trash and done.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We do not offer returns for a change of mind. Make sure it is what you want. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandling items once it leaves The Dark Wizards. However, they are insured through the postal services. Contact that service if the product appears to be mishandled. If we shipped the wrong item, keep it, and we will replace the originally ordered item at our expense. All items are scanned and stations are videoed to help with the human condition and mistakes.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. This is for the corrections of type-o's and incorrect pricing.
