2. Retail Merchandise & Collector Items
Because we specialize in highly curated, unique collector items and metaphysical tools, all retail sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Energetic Integrity: To ensure all metaphysical items arrive to you with clear, untouched energy, we do not accept items back into our inventory once they have left our facility.
Accurate Descriptions: We are dedicated to transparency. Every item features detailed descriptions and photographs so you know exactly what is joining your collection before you buy.
3. Shipping, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Delivery & Tracking: All physical orders are shipped with full tracking and insurance. Once a package is scanned and confirmed as "Delivered" by the postal carrier, the order is legally complete. If a package is stolen or lost after delivery confirmation, the customer must coordinate directly with the postal carrier to utilize the shipping insurance.
Order Errors: If we ship an incorrect item, please contact us. We will replace the originally ordered item at our expense. To maintain strict quality control and eliminate human error, all packing stations are continuously video-recorded and audited so verification will be easy to prove.
4. Order Acceptance & Pricing
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
